How do we fix a settling foundation?

Helical piers can permanently stabilize your foundation and in many cases bring your home back to level. Helical piers are "screwed" into the ground, reaching stable soils or bedrock.  We then fasten a bracket to your foundation and use the helical as leverage to stabilize your foundation.  Helical piers can be installed quickly and in any weather condition, thanks to the minimal excavation needed for installation.

 

Helical Piers serve many purposes.  In this project, we drove Helical Piers to raise and support a bridge that had settled, rendering it useless.  Once stabilized, the integrity of the bridge was returned and the bridge is now restored to its original use.
